As a Critical Infrastructure and Resiliency Consultant, you engage your analytical mind while using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills on a regular basis. You plan and lead large executive leader facilitation working groups. You also engage and communicate with stakeholders regularly. Using your strong project management skills, you lead the development of executive-level reports and deliverables. You get great satisfaction out of making a positive impact on the future infrastructure of organizations and communities throughout the country.

Job Location: Arlington, VA

Level: Associate, Senior Associate based on years of experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology risk (threats and vulnerabilities) to critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, telecom, defense, financial services, etc.
  • Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) trends and risks
  • Familiarity with risk scenario design and/or cyber threats, drills/exercise design and facilitation a plus
  • Orientation to nurture and grow new relationships
  • Experience in facilitation of small and large client meetings, senior executive off-sites, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex and challenging business problem in easy to understand and relevant language 
  • Department of Homeland Security or Utilities experience a plus

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead client interaction and relationship development campaigns to drive towards business outcomes
  • Design, coordinate and facilitate workshops across senior leadership
  • Conduct research, analysis and framework development

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 20%).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of a Visa.
