Toffler Associates seeks a Program Manager to lead the development and maturation of a government/industry partnership to increase Cyber Resiliency within the Energy Critical Infrastructure. As Program Manager, you will apply strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity and operational technologies (OT) along with experience leading the engagement of public private partnerships to achieve program objectives. In this role, you will lead client interaction and relationship development campaigns among diverse stakeholders, including other service providers engaged in the partnership, to drive towards business outcomes. You will manage services from administration and planning to outreach, communication, planning, coordination, and facilitation of training and exercises. You will drive the engagement among stakeholders within internal and external technical product teams to create and test new cyber solutions to defend their Operational Technology (OT) environments.

You will get great satisfaction out of enabling success of government leaders charged with strengthening resiliency within the energy critical infrastructure.

Job Location: Arlington, VA

Level: Associate, Senior Associate based on years of experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Experience nurturing and growing new relationships within a public private partnership engagement model
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology risk (threats and vulnerabilities) to critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, telecom, defense, financial services, etc.
  • Familiarity with operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity trends and risks
  • Experience in identifying scalable technologies, tools, and processes that fill gaps in market-ready solutions
  • Experience in facilitation of small and large client meetings, senior executive off-sites, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex and challenging business problems in easy to understand and relevant language
  • Familiarity with risk scenario design and/or cyber threats, drills/exercise design and facilitation a plus
  • Critical Infrastructure experience a plus

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 25%).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of a Visa.
