As a Senior Associate, you engage your analytical mind while using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage and grow client relationships. You will lead teams conducting research and analysis on evolving ecosystem of policies, technology, innovation, research and development, and societal change to establish findings, conclusions, and develop recommendations. You will identify what is required for the future success of a client organization and craft those ideas into an engagement(s) to help leadership change their organizations. You will get great satisfaction out of making a positive impact on the future infrastructure of organizations and communities throughout the country. Job Location: Arlington, VA

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex and strategic consulting engagements with multiple work streams
  • Develop partnership relationships with senior level client personnel (C-suite, SES, to mid level); manage and interface with senior level client executives
  • Plan and lead large executive leader facilitation working groups and engage and communicate with stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify what is required for the future success of a client organization, and craft those ideas into ideas into new project opportunities to engage leadership and change their organizations
  • Expand relationship base and opportunities for new work at existing client accounts and identify leads to sell services to new accounts


  • 10+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis skills; experience with market research, conducting executive level interviews and identifying data from primary and secondary sources
  • Knowledge and experience in executive advisory services
  • Capture, business development, proposal and procurement experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strategic foresight and futures research and analysis experience desired
  • Proven ability to nurture and grow new relationships and drive new revenue
  • Experience effectively selling business solutions to existing and new clients
  • Relationships at and experience delivering services to one or more Federal agencies desired, including Department of Defense, Department of Energy and the Department of Homeland Security
  • TS SCI clearance desired

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town (up to 20%). Hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations.
