As a Workforce Development Specialist or Analyst, you will provide on-site support in developing and coordinating workforce competency models and certification requirements and implementing new workforce development concepts. Candidates will work intimately with teams supporting engineering policy development to ensure the DoD has the premier workforce of the future. Candidates will engage with Research and Engineering leaders to improve the competency and capacity of the workforce.

Job Location: Arlington, VA

Level: Associate or Senior Associate based on years of experience.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Experience in using DoD workforce data systems and data structures
  • Experience in T&E or engineering workforce development activities
  • Experience in the development of engineering and quality workforce strategies and plans
  • US citizen with a minimum Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI access

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide decision support and product development to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership of complex, multi-disciplinary analytic projects providing insights and recommendations for DoD.
  • Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, and contributes to the advancement of clients' knowledge.
  • Develop and execute research plans, ranging from primary to secondary research that supports critical challenges facing the client.

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 20%).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of a Visa.
