Job Location: Washington D.C.


  • Bachelor's degree is required -- BA or BS discipline in business, information technology, organizational assessment or other closely related field is preferred
  • Six (6) years of experience in leading the conduct of requirements defining activities and formal documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs
  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects at one time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as project manager for multiple workstreams across business units
  • Create plans, policies, and standard operating procedures to standardize business practices
  • Draft and present strategic management and business analysis deliverables, and recommendations
  • Support the implementation of new processes, programs, and systems and national coordination efforts
  • Document recommended use and application of data collected for management and operational decision making
  • Map and implement organizational processes, structures, and documentation throughout the institutional ecosystem
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support decision making
  • Perform data management and data analysis to create meaningful recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Manipulate and analyze raw data to identify trends and patterns to help clients' decision making

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 20%).
