Position Overview:

We are seeking Workforce Planning Consultants experienced or interested in creating the nation's future air, space, and cyberspace workforce. Our Workforce Planning Consultants will add to our team of workforce and change management experts who advise our clients in how best to create the STEM workforce of the future. We are hiring at multiple levels for our human capital/change management engagements, and are looking for both 1099 and W-2 resources. Thus, if you thrive in a complex stakeholder environment, are eager to apply your knowledge of strategic workforce planning, and understand DoD human resources and business processes, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing clients and their stakeholders to gather information and collect data about workforce processes
  • Conducting organizational assessments that analyze and make connections within current processes to identify future process improvements
  • Developing and/or supporting the development of human capital change management strategies
  • Crafting client-ready deliverables that clearly communicate recommendations and align to broader organizational initiatives
  • Supporting day-to-day client delivery, understanding, identifying, and articulating the engagement value to team and clients

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of organizational strategy, workforce development, and/or change management consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs
  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
  • U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
