Position Overview:

We are seeking an Account Lead to oversee and grow our workforce and human capital consulting efforts supporting a Department of Defense client. Account Lead will have expertise in workforce development, workforce transformation and or organization change management. Account Lead will be able to navigate and understand complex stakeholder environments to advise our clients on developing organizations that can develop the STEM workforce of the future. The Account Lead will be responsible for growing the client relationships, identifying and capturing new work, scoping and solutioning with the client, as well as overseeing the delivery work of a growing team to ensure work products meet client needs, are high quality, and drive client transformation goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing delivery and people management for a team focused on human capital transformation and related initiatives including change and communications, workforce development, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
  • Engaging key executives, senior leaders, and other designated stakeholders, acting as a trusted client advisor with a deep and strategic understanding of the human capital field, who can manage delivery of the needed work through others.
  • Growing and developing a team through people and project leadership responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review, and client management.
  • Growing an account by identifying and responding to new project opportunities for Toffler Associates to apply its skills to solve client problems and manage related business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of organizational strategy, organizational transformation, workforce development, and/or change management consulting experience
  • Experience leading and developing consulting teams to successfully meet client delivery needs
  • Demonstrated success developing and growing relationships and accounts
  • Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs
  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's degree preferred
  • Nice-to-have certifications include PMP, ProSci
  • U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
