Who are You?
You are an Organizational Change Management Consultant with experience in an established consulting firm familiar with leading technology driven change and/ or transformational initiatives along with a Customer Success Management (CSM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) background. If you thrive in a complex STEM stakeholder environment, possess the strong written and verbal communications skills to deliver at the executive level, and are eager to apply your expertise at both the strategic and operational level, we encourage you to apply. **Please note there are multiple locations available for this opportunity to include: 1) Albuquerque, NM, 2) Rome, NY, 3) Destin, FL, and 4) Dayton, OH. Applicants need to be within commuting distance of these locations.**
Your impact will include:
- Leading Change Management and Transformation in a DoD STEM/Research environment.
- Managing customer success/customer service objectives and provide the "voice of the customer"
- Identifying long term strategic solutions, driven by thoughtful research and analysis
You'll arrive equipped with:
- 5+ years of Change Management experience in an established consulting firm
- 3+ years of Customer Success Management (CSM) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) facilitating workshops, customer survey execution, identifying customer needs/develop solutions, and developing metrics and reports to aide the customer's needs.
- 2+ years working on technology change projects including leadership alignment, stakeholder assessment/engagement and communications planning & execution.
- U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
- Flexibility to commute regularly within the locations addressed above, and travel out-of-town (up to 20%); hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations
Extra credit for:
- 3-4 years' experience working in the Federal Sector; DoD experience
- Organization design and human capital experience Prior performance in related roles within the US Federal government environment
