Who are You?

You are a Financial, Economist, Data, or Operational Analyst who can identify, analyze, and interpret trends from data and build analytic models to advise clients on future courses of action.

Your impact will include:

  • Leading and/or supporting engagements and teams of 2-4 people to ensure successful delivery to our clients
  • Providing analysis and expertise to ensure we meet client needs and expectations
  • Identifying long term strategic solutions, driven by thoughtful research and analysis
  • Understanding and synthesizing, and sometimes conducting, research and analysis that drives findings for our clients
  • Supporting stakeholder and client engagement through communications and facilitation

You'll arrive equipped with:

  • 5+ years of financial, economic, or data analysis experience
  • Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or comparable field
  • Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis skills
  • Experience with the principles of economics, including econometrics and forecasting as well as practices of economic analysis
  • Experience developing and analyzing financial, economic, budget, or other quantitative models
  • Experience with market research, conducting executive-level interviews and identifying data from primary and secondary sources
  • U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
  • Flexibility to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town (up to 20%); hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations

Extra credit for:

  • Ability to communicate complex and challenging business problems in easy-to-understand and relevant language
  • Knowledge of federal government budget process (specifically, DoD) is desired
  • Experience with graphic and narrative techniques for the presentation of data
  • Experience in budget formulation (knowledge of federal government budget process, specifically, DoD is desired)
