Position Overview:

As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to Federal Clients. In this role you will be helping senior defense executives drive strategic planning, engagement, and thinking in support of large scale organizational change efforts. The ideal candidate must have a strong presentation building foundation, communications and change management experience.


  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing complex or strategic consulting engagements (multiple work streams)
  • Develop partnership relationships with senior level client personnel (C-suite, SES, to mid level); including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational change management consulting and executive advisory services
  • Able to effectively sell business solutions to clients 
  • Able to help identify what is required for the future success of a client organization, and crafting those ideas into an engagement(s) to help leadership change their organizations


  • Knowledge and experience working with Department of Defense industrial security, and or personnel security mission and activities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Defense Industrial Base (DiB).
  • Knowledge and experience in security risk assessment and mitigation (desired, not required)
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain risk management (desired, not required).
  • Government business development and procurement experience 


  • 5+ years consulting experience 
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred 
  • Secret Security clearance required 
  • TS/SCI preferred 
  • Prior DOD or military experience desired 
  • Previous experience in research, analysis, and conducting executive level interviews 
  • Experience in identifying client needs, initiating, owning, and developing client relationships, and growing business/expanding capabilities 
  • Experience in change management, coaching, and training within large, dispersed organization 
  • Experience in facilitation of small and large client meetings, senior executive off-sites, etc. 
  • Ability to communicate complex and challenging business problem in easy to understand and relevant language 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams 
  • This role requires that you be on site in Quantico, VA, Fort Meade and work out of our Arlington office.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of a Visa.

Must be willing to travel regularly across the Washington DC National Capital Area for client meetings.
